Rob Trepanier		Rob Trepanier leads this ministry and has been providing a bridge between disenfranchised youth and the Victoria Community since 1984. He has been in youth work since 1976. Cornerstone was established in 1997 to further support, build and expand this ministry.

Ian McHale		Ian McHale is an artist and musician who moved to Victoria in 2007. With a calling on his life to “work with youth in Canada” he was lead to Sanctuary through one of our volunteers and was hired as one of our centre staff in May, 2011.
	Centre Staff / Youth Worker	Ian is passionate about using his gifting in the arts to engage and connect with today's youth. He directs the music, art, and worship focused evenings at Sanctuary on a weekly basis. Ian McHale:
